Ambassador Hakimi speaks to members of the Small Group

January 20, 2010: Ambassador Hakimi spoke to members of the Small Group, an organization of influential Japanese persons. Ambassadors from several other nations were also in attendance.

The Ambassador’s speech described the increasing optimism of the Afghan people, citing several developmental reasons, and also addressed challenges currently facing the nation.
