Dr. Mohabbat, Engineer Alizai, Ms. Imanishi meet with Ms. Kimoto, Ms. Tamura of JALUX Inc.

March 23, 2012: Dr. Bashir Mohabbat, Deputy Head of Mission; Engineer Ahmad Shah Alizai, Commercial Attaché; and Ms. Namie Imanishi welcomed to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Tokyo Ms. Kumiko Kimoto (pictured above, second from the right) and Ms. Taeko Tamura (above, furthest right) of JALUX Inc.’s Agricultural Products Team .

The representatives of JALUX had attended the recent FOODEX JAPAN 2012 and, like many other gracious guests, expressed a favorable reaction to Afghan pomegranates. Their visit to the Embassy was in follow-up to this much-appreciated reaction.
