Ambassador Fatimie, Embassy commemorate Mr. Luqman's final day

May 17, 2012: Ambassador Dr. Sayed M. Amin Fatimie and the staff of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan commemorated Mr. S.A. Razaq Luqman's final day of service at the Embassy. Mr. Luqman, who served as First Secretary, has finished his term at the Embassy and will be returning to Kabul.

As Mr. Luqman's duties included supporting Afghan students in Japan, five members of the Afghan students group in Japan joined the event: Dr. Mohammad Zahir Sakha, Dr. Habiburahman Shirani, Dr. Mohebullah Wali, Dr. Safiullah Habibi, and Mr. Abdul Wahid Danish.

Participants wished that Mr. Luqman would orient himself to making positive contributions to whatever position he takes next.
