English | 日本語 Private University Graduates First Female Business StudentsMay 22, 2009, KABUL (Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty): The first private university in the nation has graduated its first class of female business students, RFE/RL's Radio Free Afghanistan reports. Sixty women received diplomas from Kabul's American University of Afghanistan (AUAF). Ubaid Adnan Nejati, AUAF's business school director, told RFE/RL that his institution was proud to give women the opportunity to promote free enterprise. One female student, Malalay, told Radio Free Afghanistan after the May 21 commencement that she would apply her information technology education to marketing and development. |
